Swimming
Swimming is the perfect way to relax and unwind and enjoy some exercise. We offer lane swimming for exercising and a general bathing area that families will enjoy. There is a small separate area for toddlers and babies and as they get older we also offer swimming lessons.

Water based activities
Available to members and park guests on Thursday and Sunday (All year) and also on a Tuesday (School holidays) from 12.00 - 13.00. Booking required. Swimming space may be limited.
Swimming Lessons
Available by appointment on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 16.00 – 19.00 (Term time only). Swimming space may be limited. Members only.
Aqua Aerobics
Available to members and park guests on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 – 10.45 (Term time & selected holidays). Booking required. Swimming space may be unavailable or limited.
Family Bathing & Toddler Area
Available to members and park guests. The pool has a family bathing area with a depth of 120cm. There is also a small separate toddler area, making it perfect for all the family.
SWIMMING AT EVOLUTION HEALTH & FITNESS
Free access for Evolution Health & Fitness members and park guests.
Aqua every Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning*
Exercise with lane swimming in the main pool.
Separate area for toddlers and babies.
Unwind and relax in the general bathing area.
No access to non-members
and non-residents unless
booked onto a Spa Day.
* We reserve the right to remove classes from the timetable without notice. Classes are subject to availability and pre-booking is required. Classes may not run on Bank Holidays and during selected school holidays.
Children under 16 years old must be supervised at all times and will not be allowed into the changing rooms or the swimming pool without a responsible adult. Children under 12 years must be accompanied in the swimming pool by the responsible adult. Children aged 12 and over may be supervised from the swimming pool spectator area.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday the swimming pool will be closed between 10.00 – 10.40 for Aqua class.
On Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday the lanes will be closed between 12.00 – 13.00 for activities.
On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday a lane will be closed between 16.00 – 19.00 for swimming lessons.
On Saturday the lanes will be closed between 17.00 – 18.00 for activities.
