Evolution Health & Fitness offers a range of membership packages to suit all ages and abilities that will help you meet your fitness and relaxation goals.

Opening hours for full members:
Monday - Friday: 6.45am to 9pm.
Saturday - Sunday: 8am to 8pm.
Opening hours for off-peak members:
Monday - Friday: 9am to 4pm.
Saturday - Sunday: Unavailable.
Full membership
£42 per month
(Concessions*: £36 per month).
Off peak membership
£36 per month
(Concessions*: £31 per month).
Under 4s swimming
(with adult member and supervision): Free.
Under 16s swimming
(Peak Times - with adult member and supervision): £17.50 per month.
There is a £40 joining fee but with
no minimum contract ties!
Advance payment:
Members paying 11 months in advance receive the 12th month free!
* Concessions includes people aged over 60 years and full time students (up to the age of 24) with a valid student I.D. which is checked annually. Member’s partners also receive the concessions rate.

There is a 15m x 14m swimming pool with lane swimming, family area and toddler/baby section.

The spa includes a sauna, spa pool, feature shower and steam room (over 16s only).

Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, cross trainers, stepper, upright and recumbent cycles, all with built in monitors.

All Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment is connected to the internet which allows members to watch Netflix, browse the web, link Spotify, play Sudoku and Solitaire or watch YouTube.

Except for the bikes, the Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment also enables you to watch TV channels through the monitors.

All Life Fitness equipment is connected to the internet which allows members to use the Life Fitness app (subscription may be required)

All strength & conditioning is provided by market leading TechnoGym.

The strength & conditioning equipment includes a dual pulley cable machine and leg, arm and abdominal equipment.

The Power Plate vibrating exercise machine provides a full body workout in as little as 15 minutes.

There is a free weights and bench area.

There is a stretching room with mats, Swiss balls, abdominal exercise equipment and exercise bands.

The Beauty Rooms offer a wide range of treatments. Members receive a 10% discount.

Members can enjoy access to the park grounds including the Trim Trak for exercising outdoors.

Members can enjoy complimentary DVD rental from the Woodlands Store.

Members also have access to other facilities at Darwin Forest including tennis, mini golf, Little Monkeys Play Centre and the Foresters bar and restaurant (Additional charges may apply).
Terms & Conditions:
Adult membership is for 16+ years only. Full and off peak membership includes use of the swimming pool, gymnasium, spa, sauna and steam room during the specified hours. Classes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to not offer classes. An induction may be required and you will need to complete a medical questionnaire. Under 16s swimming membership is only available with an adult member and supervision. You will also need to follow our code of conduct. Members may be allowed to freeze their membership for a modest monthly charge. Beauty treatments are available to members at a discounted cost.
